Ndianaabasi has served the Government of Akwa Ibom State as Pioneer Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroot Mobilization, Pioneer Senior Special Assistant on Multilateral and Donor Agencies as well as Pioneer member of the Akwa Ibom State Rural Access Roads Agency (AK-RARA) and through these positions, he has led multi-cultural and Interministerial departments in Akwa Ibom State and has engaged many Governments bi-literal and multilateral organizations, civil societies, private sector and research institutions at the highest levels across the state and in Nigeria.

Prior to this, he served as the Secretary of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) State2state activity and as coordinator to the World Bank’s committee in charge of enrolling Akwa Ibom state citizens and residents into the National Identity Database. Under his leadership, the United States Agency for International Development led from the forefront in navigating the COVID-19 pandemic in Akwa Ibom state by building and furnishing
the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at the Dakkada secretariat. The world Bank also supported the state with a huge grant of One Hundred Million Naira (N100,000,000) to curb the outbreak. He has also coordinated many development partner relationships which attracted over $50 million via sub implementing partners of International NGOs such as ECEWS, fhi360, Heartland Alliance, CCCRN, Breakthrough Action Nigeria, Jhpiego, Global Supply Chain, KNCV and even Federal Government institutions like the Nigeria Delta Development Commission(NDDC).
